Stellaaaaaa and Avant-Garden

Hi, Guys,
Happy Thursday!!!  How was your day?  I hope you all had a great day.  Did you feel the effects of Stella?  Oh my goodness, we sure did here.  It started snowing Tuesday all day and by Wednesday morning we had 33 inches of snowfall total.  I started snow blowing and my kids were helping shovel around 12;30 Tuesday and we could not keep up with it.  By 7:00 pm my little snowblower quit working.  My older son and I were out shoveling til 10:00 pm.  My husband was out of town at work since last Thursday and we did not know when he was getting home.  So Wednesday morning I and the kids were out at 9:00 am shoveling.  We finally finished by 2:00 pm.  We dug out our neighbor too.  I have never been so sore in all my life.  My whole body ached and is still so sore.  The kids were so happy they had two snow days, had to go to school today and they have tomorrow off due to Superintendence day.

The top two pictures are from my craft room window.  The last picture is out my back door.  That is our deck buried under all that snow.  We had no snow Monday.  Green grass everywhere.  My dogs went crazy with all the snow.  I managed to snow blow a path for them before the snow blower broke.  Here are a couple of videos of them running around in the snow

So I had thoughts of crafting during the storm but I was mistaken.  My husband finally returned home Wednesday around 3:30 pm right after we had cleaned everything up.  Perfect timing on his part lol.
He took today and tomorrow off of work.  We were able to have lunch together and rented a movie with swear words while the kids were in school. 😄  That is a rarity for us.  Tomorrow we are going to have a family day.
So I did get to make a card tonight.  I love it.  I used a Saleabration item Avant Garden.  I used Affectionally Yours Speciality Designer Series Paper.  I also used the Watercolor Pencils and the Aqua Painters.  I don't color very well with shading.  The Aqua Painters sure make it super easy to make your coloring look professional.

I also embossed the sentiment in copper.  It went nicely with the background paper.  I know I have said it before but man what a difference when everything matches.  My cards have never looked so beautiful.
So there are just 15 more days of Saleabration.  I will be sad when its over.  I love being able to get all these awesome products for free over the past 4 months.  Yes as a demonstrator we had access to Saleabration a month earlier than everyone else.  If you were ever toying with the idea of becoming a Stampin Up demonstrator now is the best time to be one.  You will get $125 worth of merchandise and only pay $99.  Plus up till March 31 you will be able to pick two free stamp sets of your choice.  Any price, any two stamp sets.  Plus once you are a demonstrator you get a 20% discount.  The perks just get better the longer you are a Demonstrator.  Plus if you sign up under me you get me as your upline.  I will be there for any questions or ideas you may have or need help with.  You also will get access to my team, The Pink Stampers.  Oh my goodness, they are a group of over 400 of the most positive, helpful demonstrators you will have access too.  We have team meetings, bounce ideas back and forth, team swaps, team giveaways.  It's been the best decision I have ever made.  Click here if you want to join my team and be a part of one of the best teams at Stampin Up
In fact, I received my cardstock today from the last contest my upline had that I won.
I hope you guys get your Saleabration orders in before it's too late.  Don't forget about my Card Club too.  Happy Thursday!!!!

    1. Yes we got alot of snow! My dogs love it and it tires them out quickly too. Outside play with them has gotten shorter since the snow because they tire out earlier lol
